Charlie B. Maxvill was born in Columbia, Tennessee 1889 and died June 16, 1983 in Dallas, Texas. Charlie was known by anyone involved with the State Fair of Texas. In interviews Charlie stated he began his concessionaire's career when he was 8 or 9 years old by selling peanuts at the Ringling Brothers Circus. Since that time Charlie B.
